Virág Csurgó (born November 10, 1972 in Siófok ) is a former Hungarian tennis player .
Career
Csurgó was able to win seven double titles at the ITF Women's Circuit during her career .
For her country of birth, she took part in the 1996 Summer Olympics in singles and doubles in Atlanta . A start in the individual was not actually planned for them. But because one player withdrew shortly before her game, she was given the opportunity to fill in for it. She only had five minutes to get to the pitch, but won the match against Aleksandra Olsza 6-2 and 7-5. In the second round she lost to Kimiko Date with 2: 6 and 3: 6. In doubles, she played alongside Andrea Temesvári . They won in the first round against the Chilean pairing Paula Cabezas / Barbara Castro 6: 4, 1: 6 and 6: 3. In the round of 16 they were eliminated by Manon Bollegraf / Brenda Schultz-McCarthy from the Netherlands 6: 7 4 and 6: 7 5 .
Between 1988 and 1996 she played for the Hungarian Fed Cup team , for which she won six of their 16 games.

She is married to Tamás Nagy and has two children. Her daughter Adrienn Nagy is also a tennis player.
