Walter Weber (director)

Walter Weber (born July 5, 1949 in Lugano , Switzerland ) is a freelance writer and director .

Life

After finishing school, Walter Weber began studying education in 1969 . In 1971 he studied at the Acting Academy in Zurich until 1974 . He completed his training after attending the University of Television and Film (HFF) in Munich from 1974 to 1978. From 1979 to 1985 he worked as a writer and producer at Bavaria Film Atelier GmbH . Since 1983 he has also been a guest lecturer for direction and dramaturgy at the HFF and has worked as a freelance writer and director since 1986. Walter Weber lives in Zurich.
