The Beuerberg hydropower plant is a private run-of-river power plant on the Loisach in the Beuerberg district of the Eurasburg municipality in the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district in Upper Bavaria .
The former watermill stands at the foot of the steep slope leading up to Beuerberg Abbey next to the Zur Mühle inn, which was built in 1832 and is a listed building . A spillway ensures greater drop height and as Umflut of for regulating upstream water level for lying on the left bank power plant. The underground is less than a hundred meters long. The Loisach-Isar Canal is diverted from the headwater of the weir about 150 meters above the mill on the right bank of the Loisach . The parts of the mill no longer needed for the original operation are occupied by commercial companies.
The power plant in its form since 1980 has an installed capacity of 388 kW . The regular work per year is around 1.6 GWh.
