content

In Who Says it comes loud Gomez to inspire people to prove themselves and against his bullies to enforce. It particularly addresses issues during high school and cyberbullying .

Personally, Gomez says that you have to face all kinds of negative counterparts on social networks, that you can get 1000 nice comments, but one negative one can ruin your day and humiliate you. Every time she hears Who Says , she feels much better. Not only did she write the song for others, she also wrote a message for herself at the same time.

Be classified Who Says as a teen pop song with influences of indie pop . It's one of the few songs by the band that are slower or quieter. This also includes A Year Without Rain and My Dilemma .
