How beautiful you are is a song by Sarah Connor . It was written and produced by Connor together with Peter Plate , Ulf Leo Sommer and Daniel Faust for their ninth studio album Mutterssprach (2015).

She dedicated the first pop ballad in German for Sarah Connor to her son, who was going through puberty at the time .
The music video shows a girl in adolescence who willfully scratches cars, destroys things and also steals, smokes and provokes others. At the end of the video, the girl goes to a shabby backyard, where she is on a wall with the graffiti Refugees Welcome! (Written by the artist) . (in German: refugees welcome! ) passes by. There are several paint buckets on the floor, the girl kicks one and the paint splatters onto an outside wall. Sarah Connor approaches the girl and motivates her to throw the paint buckets against the wall with her. The girl was played by Helena Siegmund-Schultze .
