From Sarah with Love is a love song . The singer announces in the song that she has rejected a man who has confessed his love to her after many years of friendship. So he looked for a new girlfriend. Later, when he has moved far away, she discovers that she loves him after all and writes him a letter in which she expresses her love and hopes that it is not too late for it.

Sarah Connor's live appearance with the song From Sarah with Love on the show Wetten, dass ..? in January 2002, her revealing, see-through dress caused a scandal. In 2006, Connor had her first gold record , which she received for From Sarah with Love , auctioned off in favor of the trust account of the city of Delmenhorst , which wanted to use it to buy a hotel to prevent it from becoming the property of the right-wing extremist Wilhelm Tietjen Foundation for fertilization .
