The around 970 hectare (ha) large bird sanctuary Wiesenlandschaft near Balingen is located southwest of Balingen-Ostdorf and east of the Geislinger city center, 82.9 percent (= 803.7994 hectares) on Balinger and 17.08 percent (= 165.6509 hectares) on Geislingen district.

Protection purpose

The area-related conservation objectives are described differently depending on the species :

Tree falcon ( Falco subbuteo )
