Wilfried Pucher

Wilfried Wieland Pucher (born July 10, 1940 in Hainsberg , Thuringia ) is a German actor .

Life

First, Pucher learned the trade of a farmer on his parents' farm in Hainsberg . He had his first stage appearance in 1960 as an extra at the Greizer Theater. From 1962 to 1964 he studied at the State Drama School in Berlin . After successfully completing his training, he took on his first engagement on the stages of the city of Gera. Pucher was later committed to the Hans-Otto-Theater in Potsdam, where he played until 1971. After that he was a permanent member of the GDR television cast of actors for two decades. Pucher gained great popularity as “1. Officer Martin Schulze ”in the GDR television series Zur See . In 1986 he was awarded the GDR Art Prize.

After 1990 he appeared at theaters in Detmold, Lübeck, Hanover, Graz and Bern, toured Germany with various musical and literary programs and worked for television and as a lecturer at the Potsdam-Babelsberg Film Academy .

Pucher lives with his wife in Berlin-Mitte and in Hainsberg. The family's farm is now in its fifth generation. His daughter also lives here.
