Yukarıyağmurlu (kurd. Yukarısêvik , also Sêvika Jorîn ) is a village in the Karlıova district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . Yukarıyağmurlu is located in Eastern Anatolia at 1,960 m above sea level, about 34 km southwest of Karlıova. Yukarıyağmurlu is the sister settlement of Aşağıyağmurlu .

The name Yukarıyağmurlu means "Upper Yağmurlu". In the Ottoman Empire , the place was called Sevik ulya ("Upper Sevik").

In 1985, 791 people lived in Yukarıyağmurlu. In 2009 the village had 532 inhabitants.
