Karlıca (Kurd. Kirmaçek or Kirmoçek ) is a village in the Karlıova district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . Karlıca is located in Eastern Anatolia at 2,050 m above sea level, about 37 km southwest of Karlıova. Karlıca is located on the northern edge of a plateau. Immediately north of Karlıca, the terrain rises to 2,400 m.

The name Kirmaçek is registered with the land registry. The name was changed to Karlıca before 1962.

In 1985, 400 people lived in Karlıca. In 2009 the village had 435 inhabitants.
