Kıraçtepe is a village in Karlıova County in the Turkish province of Bingöl . Kıraçtepe is located in eastern Anatolia at 1,775 m above sea level, about 12 km southwest of Karlıova.

The original name is registered as Çevligişmen at the land registry.

In 1985 there were 317 people in Kıraçtepe. In 2009 the village had 165 inhabitants.

In the early 1990s, the PKK raided a hamlet in Kıraçtepe, killed three people and set their houses on fire. In 2008 there were also armed clashes between security forces and the PKK in the vicinity of the village.
