Kaynak (kurd. Ceban or Cevan ) is a village in Karlıova County in the Turkish province of Bingöl . Kaynak is located in Eastern Anatolia at 1,940 m above sea level, approx. 15 km southwest of Karlıova.

The name Ceban is registered with the land registry office.

In 1985 there were 395 people in Kaynak. In 2009 the village had 264 inhabitants.
