Hacılar (kurd. Haciyan ) is a village in Karlıova County in the Turkish province of Bingöl . Hacılar is located in eastern Anatolia at 1,560 m above sea level, about 29 km southwest of Karlıova. The village is located on the overland road from Erzurum to Bingöl at the junction of several streams.

The current name ("pilgrim") is the Turkish form of the original name Haciyan. The latter is recorded as a former name at the land registry office.

In 1985, 1,163 people lived in Hacılar. In 2009 the village had 1,374 inhabitants. Hacılar has a primary school.
