Toklular (Kurd. Tokliyan , also Toxlan ) is a village in Karlıova County in the Turkish province of Bingöl . Toklular is located in Eastern Anatolia at 1,800 m above sea level, approx. 5 km southwest of Karlıova.

Toklular is the turquoise form of the former name Tokliyan. The name Tokliyan is registered with the Land Registry.

In 1985 there were 995 people in Toklular. In 2009 the village had 1,385 inhabitants.
