Aşağıyağmurlu (Kurd. Sevika Jorin) is a Kurdish village in the Karlıova district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . Aşağıyağmurlu (also Aşağı Yağmurlu) is located 30 km southwest of the district town of Karlıova, at 1,815 m above sea level. In 2009, Aşağıyağmurlu had 267 people in around 40 households.

Aşağıyağmurlu belongs to the Bucak Göynük . Aşağıyağmurlu has a primary school and a health station and is connected to the drinking water supply. There is no sewerage system. The old name is Aşağı Sevik. This was added to the land register again in 2009. Variants are Sevika Jor and Sêvika Jêrîn.

In August 2009, the Turkish media reported an execution following a settlement within the Kurdistan Workers' Party . The victim, Murat İlikman, was alleged to have misappropriated organization funds. He was said to have been arrested by PKK forces in a house in Aşağıyağmurlu and later executed.
