Serpmekaya (Kurd. Alpîran ) is a village in the Karlıova district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . Serpmekaya is located in Eastern Anatolia at 1,800 m above sea level, about 7 km south of Karlıova.

The name Alpiran is registered as the original name at the land registry office.

In 1985 there were 624 people in Serpmekaya. In 2009 the village had 781 inhabitants. The hamlets of Yanlızan and Bedran belong to Serpmekaya.
