Soğukpınar ( Turkish for cold spring ) (Kurd. Gamişan or Gameşan ) is a village in the Karlıova district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . Soğukpınar is located in Eastern Anatolia at 2,000 m above sea level, about 31 km southwest of Karlıova.

The name Gamişan is registered as the original name at the land registry.

In 1985, 232 people lived in Soğukpınar. In 2009 the village had 74 inhabitants.
