Østofte Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Lolland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to the Harde Fuglse Herred in the then Maribo office , then to the Maribo municipality in the Storstrøms office , which became part of the Lolland municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

930 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Østofte Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are Bandholm Sogn in the north-east, Hunseby Sogn and Maribo Domsogn in the east, Hillested Sogn and Skørringe Sogn in the south, Ryde Sogn in the south-west and Stokkemarke Sogn in the north-west .
