Rødby Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Lolland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Fuglse Herred in what was then Maribo Amt , then to Rødby Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which became part of Lolland Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

Of the 1993 inhabitants of Rødby , 1684 live in the parish of the same name (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Rødby Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are in the west Gloslunde Sogn , in the north Tirsted Sogn and Nebbelunde Sogn , in the northeast Sædinge Sogn , in the east Ringsebølle Sogn , in the southeast Tågerup Sogn and in the south Rødbyhavn Sogn .
