Sandby Kirke

Sandby Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the west coast of the island of Lolland in southern Denmark , which also includes some islands in the Nakskov Fjord . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Lollands Nørre Herred in what was then Maribo Amt , then to Ravnsborg Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which was merged into Lolland Municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

615 inhabitants live in the parish, 351 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Sandby Kirke".

Neighboring municipalities are in the northeast Købelev Sogn , in the east Herredskirke Sogn and in the southeast Branderslev Sogn .
