Holeby Kirke

Holeby Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Lolland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Fuglse Herred in what was then Maribo Amt , then to Holeby Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which became part of Lolland Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

1472 inhabitants live in the parish, 1400 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Holeby Kirke".

Neighboring communities are Hillested Sogn and Bursø Sogn in the north, Fuglse Sogn and Torslunde Sogn in the east, Tågerup Sogn in the south and Sædinge Sogn in the west .
