Vesterborg Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Lolland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Lollands Nørre Herred in what was then Maribo Amt , then to Højreby Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which was merged into Lolland Municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

The parish has 336 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Vesterborg Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are Nøbbet Sogn in the north, Birket Sogn in the east, Stokkemarke Sogn in the south-east, Halsted Sogn in the south-west and Horslunde Sogn in the north-west .
