Sædinge Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Lolland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Fuglse Herred in what was then Maribo Amt , then to Rødby Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which became part of Lolland Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

349 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Sædinge Kirke".

Neighboring communities are Hillested Sogn in the north, Holeby Sogn in the east, Tågerup Sogn in the south-east, Ringsebølle Sogn in the south, Rødby Sogn in the south-west and Nebbelunde Sogn in the west .
