Hillested Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Lolland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to the Harde Fuglse Herred in the then Maribo office , then to the Maribo municipality in the Storstrøms office , which became part of the Lolland municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

411 inhabitants live in the parish, 229 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Hillested Kirke".

Neighboring municipalities are Østofte Sogn in the north, Maribo Domsogn in the north, Bursø Sogn in the east, Holeby Sogn in the south, Sædinge Sogn in the south, Nebbelunde Sogn in the south-west and Skørringe Sogn in the west .
