The 1946/47 season was the eighth season of the 1st divisjon , the highest Norwegian ice hockey division . Champion became IL Mode for the fifth time in the club's history .

In the main round, each of the nine teams played a total of eight games. The first place in the main round was champion. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
