The 2013 season is a season of the second-highest league in German inline skater hockey and begins on March 9, 2013 in the northern season with the games Salt City Boars Lüneburg against the Bissendorfer Panthers and Mendener Mambas against Sauerland Steel Bulls . 20 teams take part in the league organized by the ISHD . Ten of them in both seasons.
