Four Dinos in New York (Original Title: We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story ) is a cartoon that was made in the United States in 1993 . The scientist Liebauge returns from the past with his flying time machine and drops four dinosaurs over New York because, through one of his other inventions, a wish recipient , he has determined that children’s greatest wish is to encounter dinosaurs.
