The nave with its quarry stone field fillings is likely to be added at the same time or a few decades later. The bell tower, which is largely undivided in its upper part , in its current form probably dates from the 18th or 19th century. The nave is spanned by an 18th century vault that has replaced an older wooden structure. The inner walls of the apse were originally probably painted with frescoes, but these were later covered by the high altar from the 16th century.
- A stone cross from the 17th or 18th century stands on a stepped round base in the square in front of the entrance portal of the church. One side of the cross shows Christ; the reverse shows, unusually, Mary with the baby Jesus.

- The simple church of the Ermita de la Virgen de los Remedios is located a little south of the village.
