Alexander Kofler (born November 6, 1986 in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee ) is an Austrian football goalkeeper . Since 2013 he has been a goalkeeper for Wolfsberger AC in the Austrian Bundesliga .

Career

Kofler began his career as a soccer player in July 1994 with his home club, ATUS Velden in Carinthia. In July 2004 he moved to SC Landskron and from then on played in the Carinthian League before he was brought to the ASKÖ Fürnitz team in 2006 . In July 2007 he moved to the Regionalliga Mitte for SAK Klagenfurt . After three years in the SAK dress, he moved to Vorarlberg to the traditional club SC Austria Lustenau , where from then on he played over 99 competitive games in the second highest league in Austria. In July 2013 he moved to Wolfsberger AC where, after one season as reserve goalkeeper behind Christian Dobnik, he prevailed as a regular goalie and played 35 games (as of April 1, 2015) in the Austrian Bundesliga.
