Career

Hodžić began his career at SV Tainach . Between 2012 and 2013 he played at VST Völkermarkt , after which he returned to Tainach. In 2014 he came to the academy of Wolfsberger AC .

In March 2016 he played for the WAC amateurs in the Regionalliga for the first time when he came on as a substitute for Luka Caculovic on matchday 17 of the 2015/16 season against SC Kalsdorf in the half-time break. At the end of the season he had to relegate with WAC II from the regional league. After a season, however, the promotion succeeded.

In August 2017, he made his debut for the professionals in the Bundesliga when he was brought into the game for Mihret Topčagić in the 76th minute against FC Admira Wacker Mödling on matchday five of the 2017/18 season . This remains his only season use. In the 2018/19 season he made four appearances in the Bundesliga.

After he had not played in a league until the winter break of the 2019/20 season, he was awarded to the second division team SK Vorwärts Steyr in January 2020 . After two appearances for the Upper Austrians, he returned to the WAC in June 2020 during the current season.
