Allied Cab Manufacturing Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded in Elkhart , Indiana in 1932 . The production of automobiles began in the former Elcar Motor Company plant . The brand name was Allied throughout the period and Prosperity in 1933 . Production ended in 1935.

Taxis were on offer . The Allied model existed from 1932 to 1934 , before the Super Allied followed in 1935 .

The version, which was only offered under the Prosperity brand in 1933 , was not very successful with only twelve vehicles. The market was New York City . The wheelbase was 312 cm. The vehicles were powered by a six-cylinder engine from Continental .
