Amphoe Pathum Rat ( Thai : อำเภอ ปทุมรัตต์ ) is a district ( amphoe - administrative district) in the southwest of the province of Roi Et . The province of Roi Et is located in the northeast region of Thailand , the so-called Isan .

Amphoe Pathum Rat borders the following counties (clockwise from the east): Amphoe Kaset Wisai in the province of Roi Et, and Amphoe Phayakkhaphum Phisai , Na Dun and Wapi Pathum in the province of Maha Sarakham .

history

Pathum Council was initially set up on June 15, 1963 as a “branch circle” ( King Amphoe ) by separating the three Tambon Bua Daeng, Phon Sung and Non Sawan from the Amphoe Kaset Wisai . On July 27, 1965, he was promoted to Amphoe.

There are three municipalities with "small town" status ( Thesaban Tambon ) in the district:

Phon Sung (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล โพน สูง ) consisting of the complete tambon Phon Sung.
Non Sawan (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล โนน สวรรค์ ) consisting of the complete tambon Non Sawan.
Pathum Rat (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ปทุมรัตต์ ) consisting of the parts of the Tambon Bua Daeng, Non Sa-nga.

There are also six " Tambon Administrative Organizations " ( องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - Tambon Administrative Organizations, TAO):

Bua Daeng (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล บัว แดง ) consisting of parts of the Tambon Bua Daeng.
Dok Lam (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล ดอก ล้ำ ) consisting of the complete Tambon Dok Lam.
Nong Khaen (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล หนองแค น ) consisting of the complete Tambon Nong Khaen.
Sa Bua (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล สระ บัว ) consisting of the complete tambon Sa Bua.
Non Sa-nga (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล โนน สง่า ) consisting of parts of the tambon Non Sa-nga.
Khilek (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล ขี้เหล็ก ) consisting of the complete tambon Khilek.
