District court Oberweißbach

The Oberweißbach District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1949 and was based in Oberweißbach in Thuringia .

history

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court of Oberweißbach was established in the Principality of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt , the district of which was formed from the district of the previous Oberweißbach judicial office and thus from the localities Alsbach , Cursdorf , Deesbach , Geiersthal , Goldisthal , Katzhütte , Leibis , Lichte , Lichtenhain , Meura , Meuselbach , Mittelweißbach , Neuhaus am Rennweg , Oberweißbach, Oberhammer , Quelitz , Scheibe , Schmalenbuche and Unterweißbach was composed. The next higher instance was the District Court of Rudolstadt .

After Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt had risen in the state of Thuringia in 1920 , the Oberweißbach district court received the places Oelze and Schwarzmühle from the Gehren district court on October 1, 1923 , but at the same time had to transfer the places Geiersthal and Lichte to the district court of Graefenthal and Neuhaus am Rennweg and Schmalenbuche to the district court Deliver Steinach .

On October 1, 1949, the Oberweißbach District Court was repealed and its entire district was assigned to the Königsee District Court .
