District court Pößneck

The district court Pößneck , a court of ordinary jurisdiction , is one of seven district courts (AG) in the district of the district court Gera .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Pößneck , the largest city in the Saale-Orla district . The 1,151 km² judicial district covers the entire area of the Saale-Orla district. More than 82,000 people live in it.

For the leadership of the trade , cooperative and partnership register is Jena District Court as a central register court jurisdiction. The insolvency court is the Gera district court , the central dunning court is the Aschersleben district court .
