District court Ronneburg

The District Court of Ronneburg was a district court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1949 and was based in the Thuringian city of Ronneburg .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in the city of Ronneburg in the Duchy of Saxony-Altenburg , whose court district was formed from the district of the previous court office of Ronneburg and therefore the former communities of Baldenhain , Beerwalde , Beiersdorf , Bethenhausen altenburgischen Share, Braunichswalde , Dorna altenb. Share, Drosen , Falkenau , Frankenau , Friedrichshaide , Gauern , Gessen , Grobsdorf altenb. Share, Großenstein , Großpillingsdorf , Großstechau , Hain , Haselbach , Heukewalde , Hilbersdorf altenb. Share, Hirschfeld altenb. Share, Ingramsdorf , Jonaswalde , Kauern , Kleinpillingsdorf , Kleinstechau (with Tannenfeld ), Korbußen , Lengefeld altenb. Fraction, Linda , Löbichau , Mannichs Walde , Mennsdorf , Mückern , Naulitz , Nischwitz , Nöbdenitz , Paitzdorf , Pölzig (with Wüstenroda ), pawns , Pori , Posterstein , Raitzhain , Raudenitz , Reichstädt (with Thal ), Reust , Ronneburg, Röpsen , Roschütz Altenb . After Sachsen-Altenburg was dissolved in Thuringia in 1920 , the court districts were reorganized across the country on October 1, 1923. The formerly Altenburg shares in Bethenhausen, Dorna, Hirschfeld and Roschütz as well as the places Hain, Röpsen and Wachholderbaum were assigned to the formerly Russian district court of Gera , while the formerly Russian communities of Lichtenberg , Lohma and Pohlen were added.

In 1928, the District Court District Ronneburg because of a field replacement of the state of Thuringia was with the Free State of Saxony to the formerly Saxon fractions of coarse village Hilbersdorf, Lengefeld and Rückersdorf and around the place Loitzsch expanded, however, the community Poris was born on January 1, 1929 (with Lengefeld) the District court Gera assigned. With effect from January 1, 1947, the municipality of Vollmershain , which previously belonged to the local court district of Schmölln , could be incorporated.

The higher authority was the Altenburg Regional Court until September 1, 1949 , followed by the Gera Regional Court for a month .

On October 1, 1949, the Ronneburg District Court was repealed and its entire district was assigned to the Gera District Court .
