Dulce Félix ( Ana Dulce Ferreira Félix ; born October 23, 1982 in Azurém , Guimarães ) is a Portuguese long-distance runner .

In 2008 she finished fifth at the Portugal Half Marathon and came 13th at the World Half Marathon Championships in Rio de Janeiro .

In 2009 she finished 15th at the World Cross Country Championships in Amman and won bronze with the Portuguese team. After victories at the Great Ireland Run and at Göteborgsvarvet , she finished 13th at the World Championships in Berlin over 10,000 meters . She was third in the Great North Run , second in the Portugal Half Marathon and second in the Great South Run . At the end of the season she was sixth at the European Cross Country Championships in Dublin and won gold with the Portuguese team.

After a ninth place over 10,000 meters at the 2010 European Championships in Barcelona and eighth place at the 2011 World Championships in Daegu , she won her first major title in 2012 when she won the European Championships in Helsinki in 31: 44.75 minutes .

In 2013 she finished ninth in the Boston Marathon . In 2016 she won the silver medal at the European Championships in Amsterdam over 10,000 meters with a new personal best of 31: 19.03 min.

In 2007 she became national champion over 10,000 meters, in 2010 in cross-country skiing on the short and long distances. Dulce Félix starts for the Sporting Clube de Braga.
