Andrea Conti (born March 2, 1994 in Lecco ) is an Italian football player . The right full-back has been under contract with AC Milan since 2017 .

Career

In the club

Conti comes from the youth of Atalanta Bergamo , for whom he was active until 2013. This year he was taken into the professional field to get match practice but awarded to the AC Perugia Calcio in the Lega Pro Prima Divisione . In the 2013/14 season , Conti made 17 league and four cup appearances. At the end of the season he was able to celebrate the championship title and the Supercoppa di Lega di Prima Divisione with Perugia . After his return to Atalanta Bergamo Conti became the SS Virtus Lanciano in the Serie B awarded. For Lanciano, he played 24 league games and one game in Coppa Italia in the 2014/15 season .

After his return to Atalanta in the summer of 2015, Conti became an integral part of the squad of the first division club . He made his first appearance for the Nerazzurri in Serie A on January 6, 2016 in the 1: 2 defeat against Udinese Calcio . In the second half of the 2015/16 season , Conti made 13 more appearances in which he scored two goals.

He has been under contract with AC Milan since July 2017 .

In the national team

Conti was nominated for the U-17 and U-18 national team of Italy from 2010 to 2011 and played a total of ten games for both. After he was initially no longer considered, he was back for the U-20 team from 2014 and also for the U-21 national team from 2015 .

In May 2017, Conti made his debut under Gian Piero Ventura for the Italian national team in a friendly against San Marino . In September 2017 Conti played his second international match against Israel . Conti has not been nominated since then due to a knee injury.
