Ismaël Bennacer ( Arabic إسماعيل بن ناصر, DMG Ismāʿīl b. Nāṣir ; * December 1, 1997 in Arles ) is an Algerian - French football player . He has been under contract with the Italian first division club AC Milan since August 2019 .

Career

society

Ismaël Bennacer began his career at AC Arles-Avignon , for which he made his Ligue 2 debut in January 2015 . After the club went bankrupt, he moved to England for Arsenal , for whom he made his debut in the fourth round of the League Cup in October 2015 .

After a loan in the second half of the season 2016/17 for FC Tours changed Bennacer in the summer of 2017 to FC Empoli with the promotion to the Italian Serie A managed.

Bennacer was signed by AC Milan for the 2019/20 season . He received a contract with a term until June 30, 2024.

National team

In July 2016, Bennacer decided to play for the Algerian national soccer team. On September 4, 2016 he made his debut in the qualifier for the Africa Cup 2017 against Lesotho .
