Andreas Patton (born November 13, 1962 in Hünfeld ) is a German actor and director .

Patton completed his training at the Mozarteum in Salzburg. He played at the Staatstheater Stuttgart, the Volksbühne Berlin , the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus , the Schauspielhaus Hamburg , Thalia Theater Hamburg , Burgtheater Vienna and other Viennese theaters , among others . He had his screen debut in a small supporting role in the television series Kommissar Rex , before he was cast for the first time in 1997 in Friedemann Fromm's To Die beautifully as a leading actor. Other leading roles followed, such as in The Killer's Kiss , The Fire Devil - Flames of Death , The Murderer in You , My Slow Life and Antares .

The performance of the novel “Frost” by Thomas Bernhard as a stage play, which Sabine Mitterecker staged at the Museum Moderner Kunst Stiftung Ludwig Wien (MUMOK) and in which Andreas Patton played the solo role, was awarded the Nestroy Theater Prize 2010 for best off-production.

In November 2000 he appeared in a guest role in the RTL series Alarm for Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei . In 2002 he played Martin in the film Storno .

Andreas Patton has three children with Karin Berghammer and lives with his family in Vienna and Lower Austria.
