Ansor Suadinowitsch Urischew
Ansor Suadinowitsch Urischew ( Russian Анзор Суадинович Уришев ; born January 23, 1987 ) is a Russian wrestler . He became the 2010 European Middleweight Free Style Champion.
Career
Ansor Urischew comes from North Caucasus and is a member of the wrestling club Gladiator Nalchik in the Russian republic of Kabardino-Balkaria . He started wrestling in 2000, concentrating entirely on free style. He is a student and has been trained by Ansor Tembotow for several years.
In 2004 he was used for the first time at an international championship, the Junior European Championship (Cadets) in Istanbul in the weight class up to 76 kg body weight. He won this championship ahead of Dundar San from Turkey and Patrick Loes, Germany . In 2007 he had another success as a junior. He was at the Junior World Championships this year in Beijing vice world champion in the middleweight division behind Abdul Ammayev from Uzbekistan .
As a senior he managed to take 2nd place at the 2008 Russian Middleweight Championship. At the Russian championship in 2009 he came together with Soslan Kzojew in the same weight class behind Abdussalam Gadissow and Albert Saritow on the 3rd place. These three wrestlers are also his toughest competitors in Russia when it comes to fighting for a place in one of the international championships. Until 2009, Ansor Urischew did not succeed. However, he took excellent places in many international tournaments. In an international match against the USA in Chicago on November 24th, 2009, he managed to defeat the 2009 vice world champion Jake Herbert on points (3-0, 4-2).
At the well-established Ivan Jarygin tournament in Krasnoyarsk in 2010 , which this year had the rank of a FILA Golden Grand Prix tournament, he finished second behind Abdussalam Gadissow , leaving behind his Russian compatriots Soslan Kzojew and Georgi Rubajew themselves. He was then used in 2010 at the European Middleweight Championships in Baku . There he defeated Anthony Junior Fasugba, Italy , Grigorio Kriaridis, Greece , Mikhail Ganew , Bulgaria and Sharif Sharifow from Azerbaijan and became European champion . In this championship he gave it only one round in the fight against Sharifov.
In 2011, Ansor Urischew won again at the Ivan-Jarygin tournament in Krasnoyarsk and then won the European title in Dortmund with victories over Alex Dolly, Ireland , Maciej Balawender , Poland, Sharif Sharifow and Dato Marsagishvili , Georgia . He was not used at the 2011 World Cup . He was back at the 2012 European Championship in Belgrade , where he was unable to defend his title after losing in the quarter-finals to Mikhail Ganew from Bulgaria. In the consolation round he won a bronze medal with victories over Konstantin Völk from Germany and Armands Zvirbulis from Latvia . Ansor Urischew was then used at the Olympic Games in London. He won there in his first fight over the former world champion Ibragim Aldatow , Ukraine, but lost his next fight against Ehsan Lashgari from Iran (0: 2 rounds, 1: 6 points). Since Lashgari did not reach the final, he was eliminated and only came in 8th place.
In 2013, however, he won a medal again at the European Championships in Tbilisi. He came there with victories over István Veréb , Hungary, Gabriel Seregelyi, Germany and Murad Gaidarow , Belarus, a defeat against Dato Marsagishvili and a victory over Andrei Frant, Romania in 3rd place.
