The Armenian-Portuguese relations describe the intergovernmental relationship between Armenia and Portugal . The countries have had direct diplomatic relations since 1992.

Relations between the two countries are considered good, but there is room for improvement. They are determined by the comparatively low bilateral trade and joint membership in a number of international organizations, including the Council of Europe , the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe , the International Monetary Fund and the various UN organizations . In addition, there is a connection to the EU member Portugal via the Eastern Partnership and, strategically, via Armenia's membership in the so-called NATO Partnership for Peace, a connection to the NATO founding member Portugal.

The two countries signed bilateral cooperation agreements in the fields of education, science and culture.

In 2009, no Portuguese citizens were registered consularly in Armenia, while 74 citizens of Armenia were registered in Portugal in 2015.
