Arthur L. Reed was a British track cyclist and world champion.

In 1903 Arthur L. Reed became world champion in the amateur sprint in Ordrup near Copenhagen . In 1904 he was London Vice World Champion in the same discipline. In the same year he won the sprint classic Grand Prix de Paris .
