Charles Piard (born December 14, 1883 in Paris , † unknown) was a French track cyclist and world champion.

In 1902 Charles Piard became world champion in the sprint of amateurs in Rome . In the same year he won the French championship title in the same discipline and won the Grand Prix de Paris for the second time after 1901 . At the Grand Prix de l'UVF , he finished third in 1903 and second in 1904. In 1904 he was also the French runner-up in the sprint. His career as a professional driver lasted from 1903 to 1911, when he retired from active sport.
