The Autopista AP-46 , Autopista del Guadalmedina or Autopista de Málaga is a toll motorway in Spain . The motorway begins in the north in Villanueva de Cauche (municipality of Antequera ) as a junction from the Autovía A-45 and ends as a junction with the Autovía A-7 in Málaga .

The connection has no entrances and exits over its length of 24.5 kilometers.

In a side valley about 3 kilometers to the east, the Autovía A-45 runs parallel to it , which can be used toll-free, but has tighter curve radii and larger inclines and declines.
