The Autopista AP-1 or Autopista del Norte is a motorway in Spain and part of European route 5 . The motorway starts in Burgos and ends in Eibar , with a break between Armiñón and Vitoria-Gasteiz .

As of November 30, 2018, the toll on the Burgos - Armiñinón section was canceled. The part of AP1 north of Vitoria-Gasteiz has been tolled since then.
