The Autopista AP-37 (also Autopista Alicante – Murcia , AP-37 for short) is a planned motorway between the cities of Murcia and Alicante . It should be an alternative to the A-7 . The project is currently being planned (as of July 2009).
The autovia begins in the Murcia ring (MU-30) and in the municipality of Zeneta (Murcia) and goes through the municipalities of Beniel , Orihuela , Jacarilla , Bigastro , Rafal , Benejúzar and Almoradí and then turns into the AP-7 . It is planned that the toll will be collected at the land border between the Venetian province of Alicante and the Murcia region .
