The Autovía M-23 is an urban motorway in Madrid . It starts on calle O'Donnell and ends on Autopista Radial 3 . It serves as a feeder from the city center to the R-3.

The street was called N-100 until it was upgraded. At that time, this led to about 1 km south of Madrid-Barajas airport and was partially replaced by the M-40.
