The wilderness is about 1.25 km south-southeast of the Burgstall hill ( 535 m above sea level ). A service road leads to Obernsees to district road BT 1 (0.7 km southwest).

history

The place was founded at the end of the 19th century in the municipality of Obernsees . The surname of the founder may have given the name. On May 1, 1978, Böhnershof was incorporated into the Mistelgau community as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
