The station Erzingen (Baden) is one of two stations in the southern Baden community Klettgau . It is located in the suburb Erzingen at the of Baden Basel Bahnhof on Waldshut and Schaffhausen by Constance leading Upper Rhine Railway and is the terminus of gone in December 2013. In March 2016, the state of Baden-Württemberg, the districts of Waldshut and Lörrach , the regional association Hochrhein-Bodensee , the Swiss Federal Office of Transport and the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Schaffhausen signed a joint memorandum of understanding to finance the electrification of the Hochrheinbahn between Basel Badischer Bahnhof and Erzingen notified. The expansion is estimated at 160 million euros.
