The Mechelen Station is a station of the NMBS / SNCB in the Belgian city of Mechelen . It is one of the busiest train stations in the country. InterCity , InterRegio and regional trains stop at the ten platform tracks . The trains connect Mechelen with Kortrijk , Amsterdam , Rotterdam , Antwerp , Charleroi , Ghent , Leuven and Brussels, among others .
